If you sent in handwritten entries for the Priceless Surprises sweepstakes and didn’t get the game plays to which you’re entitled, what should you do?
Email questions@helloworldfulfillment.com and tell them about your entries they missed.
This FlyerTalk thread is replete with examples of this getting people replies with either the missing game plays or just points credited to their IHG accounts.
Hurry, the game ends tomorrow (March 15 at 11:59 PM ET).

I received my 64 of 94 game plays initially, but had to ask Helloworld for my remaining 30 entries. They sent them the next day (last week). All total, I earned 65k IHG points from the 94 entries!
I received all 94 emails. I began receiving them on Feb 6. I have not received one single point. I have emailed IHG many many times and they have only responded that they sent the 94 emails and nothing else. Very frustrating.
Hey Maury…..OPEN THE EMAIL AND CLICK ON IT
Yes, I forgot to add that I did click on them and won many points but I have yet to see any deposited in my IHG account.
I mailed mine end of January, started receiving emails in blocks. 12 the first day then 2,2,2, then nothing. I am reasonably confident in the hand writing since I had a friends daughter do it while she was off between semesters. Thanks for the post about the email as I figured I was out of luck. I emailed them since 18/94 is a pretty bad ratio. Will give update once I hear back.
I emailed HelloWorld last Friday and told them my husband had not received about 40 of the 94 chances to play. They responded on Monday they were checking, and at 11:41 last night, they dumped all 40 into our email. All 500 points. Don’t think this would have happened if I hadn’t emailed. Credit from the ones we received in February are in his account now; only glitch is that all the credits are for 500 each, even though he had played a 5,000 game, as well as a couple of 2,000 and 1,000 plays.
@Pam – I don’t think it’s a glitch that you’re only getting 500 points now at the end. That happened to me as well. The sweepstakes was poorly managed, so those who sent off all their entries and received the emails early on, got better chances of receiving more points per entry. AFAIK, everyone now is only getting 500 points per entry. It was poorly managed… as is more than obvious…
I too had to email them and they sent 2 emails with the links to play, also in the rules it states points/wins need to be verified and would be deposited in 2-3 weeks AFTER game concludes.
Thank you for this article. I only received 7 of the 94 I sent in, which would indicate it was super inefficient. I just emailed asking why? Hopefully a response will come soon.
Anyone else NOT get any points or a satisfactory response?
After giving me the run around for a week and a half they finally replied that they never received any of my contest letters – so basically tough luck!
I did send them in towards the end of the contest but they still had a week to get there. That should have been more than enough time. My guess is that whatever they didn’t have loaded by the end date got dumped.
I’ll be contacting my State Attorney General. How about you?
