Hey MileValue readers! We’re looking to add another award booker to our Award Booking Service team. If you have experience redeeming airline miles and think getting paid to do so sounds fun, then keep reading. I want to hire one of you!
You’ll get to choose your own hours, location, and be paid well for something you already enjoy. MileValue’s Award Booking Service has been around since early 2012 and has helped hundreds of people redeem millions of miles to destinations all over the world.
Job Description
- Role: Award Booker
- Maximizing customers’ credit card points and airline miles so their travel rewards take them further
- Facilitating changes to awards
- Providing meticulous customer service in the form of responsive, courteous, and efficient communication via email with our clients
- Time Commitment: Part time, 10 to 20 hours a week.
- Pay: You will receive a flat amount for every lead addressed, and an additional commission for every award booked.
- Location Independent: Work from home or wherever you happen to be that has functioning wifi.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience redeeming various types of domestic as well as foreign airline miles, and therefore experience with numerous award search tools
- A willingness to learn and improve
- Succinct writing skills
- A desire to please and put the customer first
- Responsiveness (this is key as award space can be fickle)
Trajectory
There is potential for growth in this role beyond award booking. If you show a passion for miles and perform well, more responsibility and involvement with the content creation side of MileValue is a possibility!
