Transferring Points to Singapore
Luckily Singapore miles are extremely easy to come by because every transferable points program transfers 1:1 to Singapore miles.
- Citi ThankYou Points
- Chase Ultimate Rewards
- American Express Membership Rewards
- SPG Starpoints (with the customary 5,000 mile bonus for every 20,000 points transferred)
The first three typically take about 36 to 48 hours to transfer. SPG transfers don’t normally take more than a week and seem to post on Monday morning ET.
Bottom Line
Book your Singapore or Silkair awards on singaporeair.com by the end of this month, for travel next month, and you might get 30% off of your award if it’s one of the routes/cabins on sale listed here.
