The sale is valid for bookings made by 11:59 PM ET tomorrow (June 19) for domestic, nonstop travel mostly on different dates specified by each sale route. Most sales only exclude Friday and Sunday flights.

Here is the sale page and restrictions. I see $29 fares between:

  • Atlanta and Cleveland
  • Atlanta and Washington-Dulles
  • Charlotte and Tampa
  • Cincinnati and Atlanta
  • Cincinnati and Dallas/Fort Worth
  • Indianapolis and Atlanta
  • Philadelphia and Charlotte
  • Washington-Dulles and Cincinnati

There are also many $39, $49, and higher fares, sorted by city.

I had no trouble pricing out Charlotte to Philadelphia for $27.50 next week. That’s quite a swipe at US Airways (American Airlines.)

Fees

Frontier now follows the ultra-low-cost, fee-for-everything model.

Seat selection costs $4+. They’ll assign you a seat at check in for free, but you’ll probably get the worst one.

Only a personal item is free to bring on board. Checked bags cost $20+ and carry ons cost $30+, so I would think of these fares as costing $20 more each way and plan on checking a bag.

Even water costs money. Here’s the snack and drink menu.
