I kept trying to share with my wife and I kept getting declined. Now my balances are higher bc they say I’m declined but the credit card company is saying they are all approved. Wife’s acct is 13 days old. I’m running around in circles bc no one can give me an answer and I’m worried I can’t take advantage of the promo. Can a friend of mine share with me if he’s already shared with his wife?

@Colt, I believe there is no limit to the number of miles to share. But there is a limit to the number of bonus miles you can receive. So your friend can transfer 50000 miles to you even though he already transfer 50000 miles to his wife. You will get a total of 100000 miles. But if your friend’s wife transfer 50000 miles back to him so he got 100000 miles, he has reached the maximum bonus miles he can received, therefore you won’t be able to transfer miles back to him.
Miles are taken longer to post to newer accounts. My transfer from an established account to a 13 day old account just cleared after 36 hours wait. Now I initiate two transfers between new accounts (all 14 day old). But from what I read, as long as the transaction was initiated before the 23:59:59 PST deadline, and it was approved, then you should see the bonus miles.
I would suggest use different credit cards than the one you have been using. I spread my 5 transfers among 3 different cards over 4 different dates. Good luck to you!
