Long-time reader Mark proposed dinner on Friday, September 7 at 8:00 PM, and I accepted.
I suggested an authentic Mexican restaurant in the 90006 zip code. It has chicken mole (read this word in Spanish, not English) and mezcal margaritas to die for.
Contact me if you want to join us, and I’ll give you the name and address of the restaurant. This way I can give them a head’s up of our party’s size.

Your blog is great! Where do you live in LA? My travel style is a lot like yours. Bring one backpack, nice flights, but stay in cheap b and b hotels

Given the close proximity and my high esteem for the information you put out, I’d love to join you for dinner. The mole is great at the venue: used to have a branch in West LA within walking distance of me, but someone drove their car into the building and they could never bring it back to code.
Count me in. Send me the info, but I can venture a pretty good guess about the venue.
