Today that is Business Class award space to London in December.

American Airlines devalues its award chart on Tuesday. Book by Monday to lock in current award prices for travel through February 2017.

While I noticed the changes to award prices, including off peak awards, I didn't notice that several places are changing regions on the award chart also.

Here are the five changes:
1 and 2. Bolivia and Manaus, Brazil to South America 1
This is great news! Bolivia and Manaus, Brazil are changing from the more expensive (Southern) South America 2 to the cheaper (Northern) South America 1.

For most of the last few years, booking Business or First Class awards to Australia or New Zealand with American Airlines miles has been very difficult. But as part of the deluge of premium cabin award space we saw six weeks ago, award space opened up on American Airlines' routes from Los Angeles to Sydney and Auckland.

That award space is mostly gone.

You should try to lock in your travel through February 15, 2017 at current prices by booking by March 21, 2016.

American Airlines is releasing a ton of flat bed Business Class award space from New York to Buenos Aires for two people for May through December 2016, which is Fall, Winter, and Spring there. There are great connections in the United States to New York and in Buenos Aires to the rest of Argentina.
