No Initial Hard Credit Pull for Existing Amex Cardholders?
February 6, 2017
Apparently if you already have a credit card issued by American Express, the bank will not initially hard pull your credit report upon subsequent applications. You often cannot redeem traditional miles on these kinds of flights--or if you can it just wouldn't be worth it because the value you'd be getting per mile would be so low.
