Update: As Virginia notes in the comments, clicking the referral link in this post says you will get $10 free credit. But I got an email that says my referral link is for $20, and I've gotten two $20 referral credits the last few days. Your mileage may vary. Use my link for a guaranteed $10 and a chance at $20.

Best of all, that cab is clean, smells good, and you can see its progress toward getting to you.

I'm pretty new to Uber. I've used it only a handful of times. All of them have been perfect experiences, except for the one when I got scammed for 90 cents (and Uber refunded my entire $20 fare.)

Every time I use Uber, I talk to the driver to try to learn more about the service from his perspective.

I've been using Uber more often because it is the most convenient way to get a taxi or town car around the world.

I like being able to hail a taxi with a few taps on my phone and then to be able to see where my taxi is and how long it will be until it picks me up.

I really like that at the end of the trip, you rate the driver and poorly rated drivers are removed from the program, which incentivizes a clean, odor-free car and reliable, safe driving.
