American Express just added Etihad as a Membership Rewards transfer partner in April, and it is now offering a 30% transfer bonus through June 15, 2016.

For the next six weeks, 1,000 Membership Rewards will transfer to 1,300 Etihad Guest Miles.

Etihad Guest Miles aren’t very good for booking First Class on the Etihad A380, which is a current obsession of mine.

For instance, Etihad would charge 88,022 Etihad miles + $175 to book Abu Dhabi to London in First Class on the Etihad A380.

As of a few weeks ago, you can redeem American Airlines Miles to the Indian subcontinent via Hong Kong!
Why is this exciting news?
Before, you could only connect in Europe or the Middle East on the way to the Indian Subcontinent, and more routing options means more award space.

Until today (April 30, 2016), you can buy up to 30,000 Starpoints with up to a 25% discount on the normal purchase price.

Starpoints are normally sold in increments of 500 points for 3.5 cents per point.

Cathay Pacific frequently releases five Business Class and one First Class award seat on its flights between the United States and Hong Kong 11 months out. If you miss those, there are often up to two First Class and up to nine Business Class seats within a week of departure.

You can book these fantastically luxurious products with American Airlines miles and Alaska Airlines miles.

LAN Airlines is releasing seven flat bed Business Class award seats per flight for most flights from Washington-Dulles to Lima for the next 11 months.

LAN launches the new route on May 2, 2016 flying Sundays, Monday, and Thursdays in both directions.
