Traveled is complicated right now. Due to the global pandemic we are facing, all non-essential travel is highly discouraged. For specifics, check our post that covers airline change & cancellation policies, updated daily.

If you have a flight scheduled in the near future and need to change or cancel it, we are more than happy to help. We recommend first checking online to see if it can be handled easily yourself. Advice on that below the form*. Either way, we are here for you if you’d rather not deal with it.

  • $75 to change or cancel a roundtrip flight
  • $40 per additional segment

Fill out the form below if you’re interested in our help and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours!

*Checking Online

The first course of action we recommend is to check your booking online to see what options are available. That means finding your booking reference code, usually a handful of letters, numbers, or a combination, and inputting said code into the appropriate airline’s website.

Which is the appropriate airline’s website?

  • If you booked your flight with miles, then go to the website of the airline who’s loyalty program you booked through. This could be different than the airline you’re flying.
  • If you booked your flight with a credit/debit card, then go to the website of the airline you are flying.

Some airlines are enabling customers to make changes and process cancellations right on their websites, so it may be easy for you to do. If you don’t care to bother, or it’s just not possible online and you want to wash your hands of it (see what we did there?) let us to take over.
