Right now, the Chase United Explorer Card comes with 40,000 bonus miles after spending $2,000 in three months, and an additional 20,000 United miles after spending an additional $6,000 total in the first six months for a total of 60k bonus miles for $8k in spending with a six month timeline.

The Chase Marriott Bonvoy Boundless Credit Card comes with 100,000 bonus Marriott Rewards for spending $5,000 within three months.

Both of these cards’ elevated bonuses will drop as of May 16, 2019. To what I’m not sure, but both will be lower. The United card’s standard offer is around 30k bonus miles, although sometimes by logging into your MileagePlus account you can access higher targeted offers. A possible future bonus for the Marriott card is 75,000 bonus miles.

Should I Apply?

I am going to keep this quick and only outline the offers that are set to expire tomorrow. If you’re not sure whether or not these offers are for you/if you’re eligible, fill out my Free Credit Card Consultation Form. Doing so will only take a few minutes, and I can diagnose your situation specifically in regards to whether applying for one or both of these would be a good idea considering your credit card history, current cards/balances, and travel goals. I will get back to you in time to apply before these bonuses drop.
