For a lower annual fee, you’ll have access to some similar benefits, such as 15 Elite Night Credits, automatic Gold Elite Status, a free night award worth up to 50,000 points per night, and more.
And on the spending side, you’ll earn a healthy 6x Marriott Bonvoy points per $1 on purchases at hotels participating in Marriott Bonvoy. But even if you don’t spend heavily at Marriott, you can still earn Marriott Bonvoy points relatively quickly thanks to 4x Marriott Bonvoy points on up to $15,000 in combined purchases per year at restaurants worldwide and U.S. supermarkets, and 2x Marriott Bonvoy Points on all other eligible purchases.
