Pay In Krone

Start on the Norwegian version of because prices are lower in Norwegian Krone than US Dollars. Use Google Chrome to translate the page to English. Pay with a card with no foreign transaction fees.

From Los Angeles to Copenhagen, the cheapest outbounds cost 1,365 NOK. The cheapest returns cost 1,332 NOK. These prices hold in the winter months and go up slightly as the weather gets warmer. Book the cheapest dates for a $302 roundtrip from Los Angeles to Copenhagen.

The cheapest Los Angeles to Oslo flights are 1,419 NOK and 1,691 NOK respectively. That works out to $348 roundtrip.

Your first checked bag is 250 NOK ($28) each way. Your second is 300 NOK ($34). Similarly a seat reservation is $28 each way.

The eat on board menu is limited, but you can preorder from a bigger selection.

All the add ons are expensive, so I suggest traveling with just one carry on, packing a meal to take on board, and taking whatever seat they give you for free. Then you can’t beat a $302 roundtrip to Copenhagen.

Best Way to Buy the Ticket

Buy with the Citi Prestige® Card, since it has no foreign transaction fees, and you will be paying in krone. The first $250 in flights per calendar year are refunded to you as a statement credit. This includes fees like the checked bag fee, seat reservation, or meals that you purchase at the time of ticketing or later.
